I am SO excited to a host in my very first Instagram Challenge! This is really one I can get behind because it's all about uncovering sukham (ease). (Read a bit about sukham here!)

Join me for this unique Instagram yoga challenge beginning April 1st: #FindYourSukham πŸ§˜β€β™€οΈοΈ
Yoga Sutra 2.46, β€œSthira sukham asana,” tells us that all asana (postures) are to be balanced with effort (sthira) and EASE (sukham). Most of us have the effort part down packed, so let’s practice sukham together!

Rather than showing off your most beautiful pose, this challenge will teach us how to yield. How can we be in any posture/situation/circumstance and still uncover ease? Find your sukham with us!

They say that it takes the average person 3 full days to mentally drop-in to a vacation.

Many of us move through our lives "working for the weekend" or mindlessly shifting from one task to the next.  We fill up every spare moment, or squander our time in dissatisfaction. So by the time we actually have the opportunity to rest, we truly don't know how...we haven't practiced. 

This next live, free, virtual mini summer yoga series is called: Take a Break! And I hope that it helps us all learn how to offer ourselves the breaks, rest or reflection we need each day in order to create balance. With a little awareness, we can all slip into that place of rest and mindfulness a bit more seamlessly.

The Practice Project - February Launch
