Let's ring in or call in the new fall season with a gentle and calming walk at Bushy Run Park. Feel the earth under your feet, listen to your breath, and connect with other like-minded friends. Yoga postures and meditation techniques will be enjoyed along the way, (so no mat needed) and hot tea will be enjoyed afterward! As always, feel free to bring your own reusable eco-friendly mug or thermos, if you choose.
