I'm excited to share my first guided meditation with you all! I love guided meditation because it's a great place to start if you're new to the idea of meditation and not sure what to do. The White Room meditation is kind of a little gateway to mindfulness meditation.
This meditation is about 6 minutes long. I would encourage you to try it when you have time to set aside intentionally. Feel free to get creative with the meditation in any way that's helpful to you, and please let me know what you think!
